Shipping and Handling

We offer FREE shipping on ALL orders!

The shipment of your products is our highest priority, and every day we dispatch products to customers around the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally based our shipping and handling times can vary. We are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing time: As soon as payment is received, we dispatch the order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take up to 5 working days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our supplier's warehouses to your destination, which typically takes 10 - 14 working days.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your package. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking services, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Please bare this in mind when placing an order and allow up to a month for your items to arrive.
